The Government are not going to be able to survive on their own funding alone, so its likely they will get together around £100bn of funding from external sources.
The biggest worry relating to the recession for most is the unstability of their employers.
The CBI said the Government will also have to borrow around a £100 billion on top of their expectations.
Spokeswoman Lai Co said ministers had spent heavily to bail out the banks and cut VAT but there was now less money coming in.
