As a worse case scenario, if you have repayments for anything, be it a mobile phone, car insurance or a mortgage; you should always have back up funds in place as a precaution. Even a three month pot could make the world of difference.
The story starts in Westminster, Colorado, a pleasant suburb of Denver. That is where Roger Rodriguez, a truck driver, was living in 2004 when he decided to take out a new mortgage. He was then 58.
